All orders are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS).
-Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

You will receive a UPS email notification (from pkginfo@ups.com) with the tracking number, once we have shipped your order.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Publications purchased from CARF are refundable/exchangeable within 90 days of purchase as long as they are unused/undamaged.

Shipping cost on returned/exchanged items are non-refundable.

Downloadable products are not refundable nor exchangeable.
