Webinar Title: Person-Centered Assessment and Planning
The intent of this training is to describe and show examples of the process of assessment, interpretive summary, and ultimately the development of the person-centered plan. This training will provide an actionable combination of interviewing protocols and relational techniques to assist in this process.
Webinar participants should be able to:
- Understand the importance of a fluid person-centered assessment and plan.
- Know how to take the interpretive summary and translate it to the person-centered plan.
- Create a person-centered plan that meets CARF standards.
- Understand assessment of progress and treatment plan updates, transitions, and discharges.
