Webinar Title: Developing and Executing Performance Measurement, Management, and Analysis (two-part series)

Description:

Organizations continue to be challenged to gather meaningful, reliable, and valid data to drive service delivery and improve the lives of the persons served. Many have said that Sections 1.M. and N. are the most difficult sections to execute, sustain, and use the information. In this two-part webinar, we will address all the steps in building, executing, sustaining, and, most importantly, using the information to improve the lives of the persons served.

Webinar participants should be able to:

  1. Understand how the Section 1.M. and 1.N. standards in the 2020 manuals have been enhanced.
  2. Develop or improve upon capturing, analyzing, and utilizing key data to improve program performance.
  3. Review the key building blocks in maintaining an efficient and meaningful performance measurement, management, and analysis system.
  4. Engage in an actual case study of a successful performance measurement, management, and analysis system.
