Product Description

There were an estimated 1.7 million new cancer diagnoses in 2016. With early detection and better screening, cancer diagnoses are being made earlier. Better treatment options have increased survivability, but functional changes within these survivors have increased the need for post-acute care services such as acute and subacute rehabilitation. During this webinar we will discuss how patients transition out of acute care into post-acute care settings.

Webinar participants should be able to:

  1. Improve screening of patients for rehabilitation services.
  2. Discuss cancer care in acute inpatient rehabilitation.
  3. Discuss cancer care in subacute rehabilitation.
  4. Discuss outpatient management of cancer patients.
